About our values.

Hi There! A few of our close friends have told us that we need an "About" page, where we tell the world about our boring mission statements and how we are going to conquer the world and the likes, but I thought that to be mundane stuffs, and who would want to know about a couple of programmer/engineer geeks anyway right? Instead, we are going to show you where we lived and what matters to us most.

We live in this hot and humid place called Malaysia, where there are no seasons, hot all year round with rains almost daily at the end of the year. All of us are born here, and here is where our famliy is. Although we travel to Kuala Lumpur (the capital) often, we stayed in a place called Ipoh which is about 200km away from the capital, mainly to avoid traffic jams and crowds (yes, we have that in abundance here too).

Our home, the serene and beautiful Ipoh, Malaysia.

Ipoh is famous for it's caves, great food and reputated to produce the best looking ladies in the country. :) See Michelle Yeoh and my Mrs, of course. Unfortunately, we are not related to Michelle at all, and if I do not mention my Mrs, I'm gonna get into trouble when I get home.

Just like our customers, in the USA, Norway, New Zealand, Malta, Australia, Ireland, South Africa and all over the world, we are just like you, we wake up in the morning, sometimes reluctantly, and we go to work hoping to do a good job, so that we can get home early, play golf, listen to music, to be with our family, make a better life, and to make a difference in this world, however small that difference may be.

Being a small company, we go out of our way to make sure our loyal customers (some of whom have been our users for years) are completely satisfied with our product and with our services that we render. Everyday, we think about how to make our software better so that they can get home early, which is as close to a mission statement as you can get from us.

It has been a hectic ride, with the launch of our new electrical cad software on Visio, Radica Electra® E6 and we want to take this opportunity to thank our users who keep prodding us to complete this new version, users who are patient enough to let us remotely debug initial problems and users who keep giving us feedback to help us make Electra better. Thank you one and all, from the bottom of our hearts.

Watch this space, as we will post tips, tricks and updates that we have lined up very soon. Keep in touch!
